Flat ring: A detachable essentially flat washer whose inner or outer part is used as a guard for the outer or inner ring of a centripetal cylindrical roller bearing.

Inclined retaining ring: a detachable ring with an “L” shaped section, the outer part of which acts as the inner retaining edge of a centripetal roller ball bearing.

Middle stop ring: A separable ring in two or more rows of roller bearings, used to separate and guide the rows of rollers. The retaining edge is a narrow shoulder parallel to the rolling direction and protruding the raceway surface, which is used to support and guide the rolling body and keep it in the bearing.
