A: For product in stock, we can ship it within 7 days after receiving your payment. Without stock, we need 50 to 60 days for production and delivery.

A: Of course! We support OEM & ODM! We can make the products according to customers drawing. Our company is experienced in making it and has already provide this service to many customers around the world. If you do not have drawing, show us your idea, we will design for you.
Q: Could you provide free samples?
A: We can provide free samples for standard fastener, but the client will pay for the express charges.
Q: How should I order and make payment?
A: By T/T, for samples 100% with the order, for production, 30% paid for deposit by T/T before production arrangement, the balance to be paid before shipment.
